This month, we are celebrating the 7th anniversary of SOPHOLA’s founding. It has been a journey filled with many events, and thanks to the tremendous support from numerous individuals and companies, we have been able to manage for seven years and contribute in various ways.

SOPHOLA’s business has been based on two pillars since its establishment: “Marketing Consulting” and “B2B E-Commerce for Overseas Corporations.” In both of these areas, the “products” we handle belong to our partner companies. For example, in our “Marketing Consulting” business, the SaaS products for digital marketing are developed by our overseas tech partners. In the “B2B E-Commerce for Overseas Corporations,” the products are crafted by Japanese traditional artisans. In the former, we collaborate with partners to develop the necessary features for the Japanese market, while in the latter, we simply introduce and sell “existing products” to overseas corporations.

Of course, everything we offer in both businesses is of the highest quality, and we have proudly provided these products to both domestic and international corporations and individuals. However, I have also felt a desire to “work on something that I am truly passionate about, and be involved 100% in its development and sales from start to finish.” So, while I have taken on various challenges every year, in our 8th year, SOPHOLA is embarking on the challenge of “launching a third business.” We recently had a meeting at Shinshu University to begin the development of our first product and service. Over the next six months, we will continue to work on this development, and I would be very happy if you could warmly support SOPHOLA’s new challenge!
