Expanding Client Base

Year 2019 is going to be a year of another big leap.
Another big leap simply means to add “something” on the top of the current revenue baseline, service portfolio, and client base. I have decided “something” should be a client base, as I could see an upper-limit of the sales amount from one client as well as occasional sales declines due to various factors.

This is the biggest business issue for SOPHOLA now, so my biggest individual goal as CEO is also to expand our client base. Honestly speaking, because I look like a sociable guy to many people, this seems to be an easy goal to achieve. Yet, that’s not the case at all because my personality and way of thinking are more like “it’s okay with a few close people surrounding me” and “won’t work with anyone who does not have any business manners.”

I’m just setting this goal simply because it’s a must to grow SOPHOLA from “A Local Small Business” to “A Socially Contributing Company.” I do not have time to say I’m not good at this or that, and instead, speak to many potential clients.
