[Event] Digital Marketing Events in Japan / 2020

Due to the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus), many real events, not only in the digital marketing domain, have been postponed or refrained. However, there are some events where a good combination of real and digital events can be held in order to ensure safety and prevent infectious diseases.

Today, we’ve compiled a list of events that will be held in consideration of safety in the midst of widespread self-restraint. We hope you’ll check out the events that interest you.

1. Salesforce Live: Marketing/Commerce
Dates: July 27 – 30, 2020
Form: Online
https://live.salesforcejapan.com/public/application/add/79
A fully online event where you will learn from the market leaders about the future of customer behavior in After Corona and how companies should communicate with them. It’s still open for registration, so why not register for this event if you’re interested?

2. Adobe Experience Makers Live
Dates: July 29 – 30, 2020
Form: Online
https://www.adobe-events.jp/experience-makers-live.html
An online event on team building, leadership and organizational change in After Corona. It’s still open for registration, so why not register for this one?

3. ad:tech tokyo
Dates: October 29-30, 2020
Format: Online/Offline
https://adtech-tokyo.com/ja
Held every October at the Tokyo International Forum, AdTech Tokyo is scheduled to be held again this year with thorough measures against infectious diseases. However, only the official conference and keynotes will be held at the real venue and the exhibition hall will be online. All official conferences (59 sessions in total) will be available online for a week after the event. The exhibit hall will be entirely online and not just during the event, with free theme-specific online events every other week from August to November.

As the number of real events is decreasing and the number of online events is increasing, the decision making/announcement of events is also relatively short span. Since many online events are tailored to the market rather than being held on a predetermined date, you should check out the events regularly and attend the ones that interest you.
